Jackson Browne has posted to his website and Facebook page about Bo Muller-Moore and Eat More Kale, a Vermont-based independent t-shirt designer getting sued by the fast food chain Chick-Fil-A over trademark infringement claims. With Jackson Browne’s support, Muller-Moore and filmmaker James Lantz were able to surpass their fundraising goals to make the documentary A Defiant Dude about the ensuing legal battle. The David and Goliath case has also won the attention of Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin who has warned the large corporation to leave his state’s small businesses alone.
